Losing my parents to cancer. Changed my life and turned it upside down for a long time. Then 3 of my brothers had cancer scares in the same year, and I had a growth removed in January. I'm OK, but it was no where near as bad as my folks going.

When I was 6, my father held a loaded gun to my mother's head when she came home from work. I watched him clean the gun then point it at her.
