For some reason, I get the feeling China is trying to poison us. It's their way of slowly killing us? Do you think this is an outrageous claim or do you understand my concern?

It definately has me concerned with yet again another pet food scare. Toothpaste, vitamins......it wouldn't surprise me.....nothing these days "surprises" me......I just want to know where the hell my government is. This is supposed to be a "good thing" right? What America NEEDS/!!! Right? So far....it's been a TOTAL FAILURE!!!!!!! Still waiting on the "good part".

Don't forget about the food too. But China speaks on a daily basis just about of how they are going to take us over economically. And look at where we are at now with them. Next time go into a store look at the Made in sticker or printing on something and see just how many things are made in China. Reason why we did this, especially with food, is due to China having no health laws as we do and getting cheaper production from them as well as worker giving the company owners more money. At the expense, though, of our safety, health and lives. Make no mistake about it, China in the end wants to take us over economically and ruin us financially so we are truly dependent on them in economical terms. Just imagine what can happen with that scenario. China doesn't care about their own people! Couple months ago Northern part of China had a rat problem and sent them down south, telling them it was a food delicacy just to get rid of them. You think they care about some bad toys?

I think that you have food for thought but I really think that this is a plan by Chinese Companies to cut corners on production and to hell with the poor people on the receiving end. Witness that they just condemned the minister of agriculture to death for the pet food poisoning.

it's fact....it's only coming to light via the petfood scare and now with the fish....just a tip of the iceberg....if they didn't get the '08 olympics we would have been at war with them already....remember first few months of bush in office? in essence they committed an act of war by forcing our plane down and stealing our technology. we should have hit them then. but don't forget, clinton, and loral space gave them high tech guidance systems that now tip their nuke missiles aimed at LA and NY and other US cities that before clinton they couldn't even launch long range missiles let alone accurately.

No, and that's a ridiculous theory. The melamine issue was with pet food, not people food.

However, I guess some people feel it might be intentional:

Ya know I just heard this theory from a friend of mine. Get to us through our pet food seems a bit farfetched to me. But stranger things have happened.

Yes I do understand your concern. Been just a little too little QA going on from their side.

Honestly, no.

Their standards of living are so far below ours that these types of food recalls in the US, are not even be a blip on the radar in China.
