I think America is ready for peace with North Korea, it is North Korea that has to make the move to create peace.

The only answer that satisifies North Korea, end our existence. Outside of that peace with North Korea will come only after a collapse of some sort in the North.

Because the peace isn't being broken by the US, but by North Korea, in their pursuit of nukes, and their belligerent actions, such as counterfeiting US money. While their starving people are mired in dreadful poverty.

Or, like Clinton, we could just simply ignore our allies in the area and let them be blackmailed and threatened by a nuclear North Korea, and hope they don't get nuked.

Diplomacy is a two way street. We have bent over backwards to find common ground. North Korea is the one at fault for the trouble.

I would cut off all trade imports from North Korea until they discontinue their nuclear weapons development.

Some people simply don't want to be at peace with other people. A dictator like Kim is one of those people. To be at peace the N. Koreans would have to, on their own, oust him and adopt their own version of a democratic society.

Not a thing. We've been in a cease fire for 54 years and I suspect we'll be in a cease fire for another unless Kim does something really stupid.
