I'm pretty sure the yellow one is Pon and the blue one is Zi. The name of the cartoon is called "Pon and Zi" by Azuzphere, but they're more commonly known as the emo cartoons.

Pon is the yellow one and Zi is the blue one..i would know this becuase i have my whole room filled with them and i made pon my bf lol talk about obsessed
