I read it in a fitness magazine.Is it true?How does it work?

I have to laugh at that one... just a little. I've never heard of that before. The eye movement, to my knowledge has absolutely 'nothing to do with improving the memory.' But this is what they have done.

They've taken a 'made up solution' and just attempted to INSTILL IN PEOPLE'S MINDS' that this will work; and someone probably just made a mint off that idea.

They've centered around entering a positive affirmation and when people get this into their heads that their eye movement will help their memory, then these people will actually improve their memory by thinking about it. As they 'think about it'...it is granted by the Law of Attraction. They've just attracted the better memory because this is what they desire, not because of the eye movement.

Yes moving eye's side to side increases memory.
Looking down will cause anger, sadness, and hunger.
Looking up causes bliss, happiness, and satisfaction.
