I need to find a bus that goes from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania to Toms River, New Jersey... Or do I have to take multiple buses? I can't seem to find anything. And I don't want to spend a lot either... Any help is greatly appreciated!

Ok, it looks like you can take a Greyhound Bus from Wilkes Bare, PA to Newark, NJ.
Its about a 5 hour ride.
You need to call (800) 231-2222 for the actual fare.
The fare is $37.50 one way, $75 round trip (M-Thur)
$40 one way, $80 round trip (Friday through Sunday)

Then, you can take a NJ Transit Bus (not a train) from Newark to Toms River. Looks like the fare for that is $11.50, one way.

Wilkes-Barre and Toms River are so far from each other that you cannot find a direct service between them, especially when Toms River is a small town.
The solution is to take a coach service from Wilkes-Barre to somewhere where you can catch bus services to Toms River.
Coach services are available to Philadelphia, Mount Laurel, and Atlantic City. Philadelphia is served by direct buses from WB (2:30 hours long). Mt Laurel (4-5 hours long) and Atl City (4:30-5:30 hours long) are the closest points with stations to Toms River. To get to the later two points, you have to change buses in Philly.
Local bus service is available from Atl City to Toms River. From Philly and Mt Laurel, you have to take several buses to get to there.
The best option from all the ones I searched is to take a coach service by Martz Trailways to Philadelphia. This will cost you about $27-$28 one-way. Then you have to take a local bus from Philly to Atl City where you have to connect to the bus for Toms River. The trip from Philly to Toms River through Atl City would cost $19.90 one-way. So the whole trip would be $47-48. Times needed: 2:30 hours to Philadelphia, 1:30 to Atlantic City, and 1 hour to Toms River, totalling 5 hours in buses. Transfer times not included.
Check www.martztrailways.com for coach times, and www.njtransit.com to plan the local bus trips.
