I think this is what you are looking for: aq = aqueous; s = solid(either insoluble product or starting material added without solvent); g = gas

AgNO3(aq) + NaCl (aq) > AgCl (s) + NaNO3(aq)

3 CaCl2 (s) + Al2(SO4)3(s) > 3 CaSO4 (s) + 2 AlCl3 (s)

2 Al(s) + 3 H2SO4(aq) > Al2(SO4)3(s) + 3 H2(g)

2 AlPO4(s) + 3 Na2SO4(aq) > Al2(SO4)3(s) + 2 Na3PO4

(aq) (This last (aq) belongs after the Na3PO4, but it wouldn't fit!)
