You can continue to look for another premise which goes easy on bad credit, or doesn't bother to check credit at all. Most of the major apartment owners do have credit checks, as well as some smaller private owners.

You are basically at the mercy of the landlord involved, and his discretion whether or not you will be accepted as a creditworthy tenant.

You need to find one that does not run a credit check. The bad credit is not that unusual, however no sane landlord will rent if you have already been evicted anywhere.
