It depends on what kind of cuisine he'll be serving. If it's Mexican food I think Senor Queso's Mexican Cantina has alot of promise!

well i like "CASA DE QUESOS" which means house of cheeses, that is actually a real establishment name in Mexico, but don't worry the don't have it copyrighted, but they serve 25 different cheeses in quesadillas, it's awesome. Hope It helps.
