"Blood Mountain" is the album but why does this limited edition with DVD have this label if the album alone doesn't have it? Is it because of the videos?

My initial response is you can thank Tipper Gore for that. Aside from that I would imagine it's a because of language or content on the dvd. Perhaps swearing on a live performance, questionable content in videos.

Because somebody somewhere along the line deemed it questionable - either for language or the image it portrays. (like the misguided notion that Judas Priest music depicts suicide) Thank Tipper Bore for that.
