I use mustard on my sandwich, IF I ever have bread. It's much heatlhier..don't you think? Mayo has so much fat and calories!!

I'm not a big mustard person.. It's nice in a sauce or with ham or bacon but I tend to use mayo more, I know it's unhealthy but I use Hellmans light. I love Chicken and Mayo sandwiches and I like it with chips and wedges.

it depends on the meat. mayo is good for turkey, chicken and roast beef while mustard is good for ham and salami

i use miracle whip and its probably not much better than mayo,but i also use mustard
