Though none of us could predict what the problem is, there are several possibilities.
The company shipping it didn't have it on hand right away for shipping and had to order it first.
There was a problem in the mailing, the package got lost or delayed somewhere due to weather.
They simply lost your order.
Contact the company from which you ordered the DVD. Ask them if the product has been shipped and when you can expect to receive it.

Because Josie and The Pussycats are currently vacationing in Maui and cant be bothered with sending people their DVD.
