Probably injection. (Actually, I would choose for someone to shoot me in the back of the head, like I believe is done in China, but this isn't done in the U.S. because it makes someone directly rather than indirectly responsible for another person's death.) But, really, all forms of death penalty are rather disgusting and easily have things go terribly wrong. Have you read much about them? You should.
