I'm trying to figure out a movie about vampires where instead of their usual fangs the vampires' tongues split to reveal razor-like teeth. It came out in the late 80s or early 90s. Does anyone know the name? (It isn't Blade 2)

...hands down, you're talking about a T.V. movie, released in 1990 on the ABC network, entitled "Daughter of Darkness"; it was one of veteren actor Anthony Perkins' last films, and it was directed by horror genre filnmaker Stuart Gordon (of "Re-Animator" fame).

A young woman (Mia Sara, of "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" and "Legend"), traveling incognito in Europe, is searching for the identity of her estranged and long-forgotten father; in the midst of her search, she becomes embroiled in mystery and macabre horror, involving a strange breed of vampires (no fangs here; the vampires extract their sustenance via a forked appendage on their tongue).

Campy and wrought with a definated tongue-in-cheek humor, the film was issued years ago in VHS tape, via Vidmark Entertainment, and has yet to see release on DVD.

Blade 2

Sounds like the Blade 2 where he joins forces with his sworn enemies to kill a super species that is killing all the other vampires. This species has razor teeth and a split tongue as well as no jaw line (kind of reminds me of the predator alien without his helmet).

Wow, if I'm thinking of the same movie as you it came out a LONG time ago, right? Closest thing I can think of even remotely close is Blade II, but that's probably not it. Did you check out yahoo movies or find a vampire website? I'm sure they would be able to help you.
