i want to start one, i saw an add for one reagarding data entry the company is called national enterprise. but they want me to send $99.oo for training materials. they say when i finish the work they will overnite the check to me. now i'm not gonna use this compnay but others have claimed to send traing materials for 30 cents, are these companies legit?

i would think some are, my brother got hooked up with one and seems to b doing fine. I guess u have to b very picky. and from what i've heard , even the at-home companies that advertise on the radio, like b a shopper and compare and rate, charge a set up fee or training material fee. Just b careful and shop around and also see if u can find someone else who's done it.

I doubt it.
The same as the advertisements that are on the rearview glass of cars that says," Are you making money right now? I am! Call me at (###)####-### and I'll tell you how!"

If it sounds too good to be true..it probably is.

Most of them are scams - especially if they ask for money
