It really depends on what I am going to talk to them about. If I am attracted to them I don't really have a problem with it although I used to when I was younger. If it is something that i need to speak to them about (like confronting them about something) then I have a really hard time working up the nerve to talk to them about it. I usually avoid that and then whatever it was will go away on it's own. I know. I'm a big chicken.
