Dude, you've asked 25 questions in the past week that any 8th-grader should be able to answer. It's June, so you're probably taking summer school. Is it any wonder that you failed math?

I totally agree with cdmillstx. Asking one or two questions, sure. Trying to learn how to do them yourself, of course. But all you're doing is dumping your homework into Yahoo and expecting others to do it for you.

Are you going to have complete strangers on the Internet to do your work for you when you have to take a test? For your own sake, learn to do these problems yourself.

3(x+3)=5x-3
3x+9=5x-3
2x=12 so x=6
