I was just hired about 3 months ago. Right now I am only a secretary but i have an accounting degree and was supposed to take over the company's accounting within the next few months. Now I don't want to come back to work after i have the baby. Should I tell my boss that? Can he fire me if I tell I am not coming back?

I would tell your boss that you are pregnant, but be careful telling him you are not coming back after you have the baby. It could be grounds for immediate release - if you were hired as secretary with the definite intent to head the accoutning department, then you are not fulfilling your end and I would think could be let go. He can NOT fire you for being pregnant, but he can for not fulfilling your agreement, or he can find some other excuse.

no 1 ca fire u just 4 being preg. just talk to him as a friend and if he doesnt understand you then f*** him ok good luck with ur baby
