I do not know if Regelthorpe is a real planet or not. However I DO know that as of this moment with the sole exception of some evidence of microbial life on asteroids and possibly Martian meteorites, the has been absolutely NO discovery of alien life.

Now I assume by alien you mean not of earth origin...

I cannot verify whether it is true the you 'heard the planet Regelthorpe is real and supports alien life'.

I have never heard of planet Regelthorpe; I know of no planet reported to support alien life and I do not know about any link between purple lights and planets.

You cannot see extrasolar planets, and "Regelthorpe" is not in our system.

On top of that, planets get codes now, such as Gliese581c, not proper names. Especially names like that.

Additionally, no extraterrestrial life has been identified. We would actually have to visit another world to be able to do so, or wait for them to contact us, which is a rather unlikely event.

Planets look like stars in the sky, but only those in our solar system. Not purple lights.

I have never herd of the planet Regalthorpe so I myself can not prove it exists, but it is still very unlikely that if does exist that it supports alien life.As of now there are no known planets other than earth that have true life on them. I know that there are numerous other galaxies that have planets with factors that can support life, but it has not been proved that they do.

Regelthorpe? Is that anything like Lilliput or Brobdignag?

Get real. You got tangible PROOF? Or just more of the same gossipy BS and excuses we always hear when proof is requested.

Read your own question to yourself. "Strange purple lights in the sky like other planets." As if that's any proof.

If you're going to let rumor and gossip rule your intelligence and your life, instead of facts and proof, best wishes in your life, my friend.

aliens coming right here from yet another planet in spaceships are a confusing ingredient for me to contemplate. what's much extra good nonetheless is why could any government everywhere decide to launch a assertion confirming it? O_o What earnings could any government get carry of from this? i'm going to desire some expertise on that earlier i think something they say. they're governments even with each little thing, mendacity is what they do. you think of they're going to immediately initiate telling the fact? O_o yet why? :S (From one among your links) "the secret UN contract became consistent with 2 circumstances. First, UFOs could proceed to look international extensive; and 2nd, the openness coverage does no longer bring about social unrest in liberal democracies. the two circumstances have been happy making it attainable for the subsequent point to start – sturdy disclosure of extraterrestrial existence." Um, how are they friendly the "no social unrest in liberal democracies" condition? militia stress is the only way i'm able to think of of. heavily, what's a democratic government's attitude in this subject? How will it earnings them? You be advantageous that it will in the event that they're freeing the documents.... i'm no longer brushing aside the stories human beings have had with unidentified flying merchandise's or what they % to be aliens from yet another planet. i'm purely saying there are a number of, many, many different reasons for those occurrences. i could decide to be certain extra human beings take an open strategies out of those stories. Too many purely anticipate it fairly is aliens who've come right here from yet another planet in spaceships without pondering the different opportunities. in keeping with probability it fairly is purely loss of mind's eye, I dunno. besides the undeniable fact that it fairly is totally disappointing to be certain maximum of ASSumptions. God forbid the government has some sneaky plan to apply this new undertaking. it is going to be consumer-friendly to end if this question's responses are a user-friendly reaction of what we are able to in many circumstances anticipate.

well the name apparently does not exist through research. but it is believed that some alien life comes from a solar system centered around the star Zeta Reticulie. And you cannot see with the naked eye or even a telescope, anything beyond our solar system. So it was probably small meteors burning up in the atmosphere or depending on where you live, Aurora Borialis (northern Lights).

Hi; I am dennis and I am the grand ruler of Regelthorpe...that;s my earth name by the way....it's hard having people not believe in us..but at the same time i guess it's safer for my people. if you view your eastern sky very early (3am) you will catch a glimpse of my planet. i am here working with your government seeking many answers to many of your questions. in fact, my people have helped develop the ION engine that your Nasa will use to travel to outer planets. Please will say this post is not real, but that is fine. We enjoy working and living here and we also know that earthlings are just not ready to accept us. Most people would be very afraid, for no good reason Imight add..bye...

It has a land mass similar to earth but it is not known if there is water or life on it. Being 3 light years way, it will take awhile for man to explore this planet.
