HI. this is my take on how the universe really is ...

I suppose that afterall the universe will not be ever expanding. as an analogy consider a circular plate. lets say a highly viscous liquid is poured at the plate center; the liquid starts to spread out circularly , it ultimately reaches the edge of the plate. then continues expanding, albeit in the bottom face of the plate ( lets forget gravity for now) . now it flows along the bottom face of the plate, and the liquid once again concentrates on the center of the bottom face of the plate, for a moment. then it again expands till the plate edge and then starts flowing on the top face of the plate and keeps flowing towards the center of the top face of the plate , until it is concentrated at the top face center... then guess wat,? it again does whatever is said above.. i feel this might be the case with the universe too,.with expansion towards concentration and congregation for the purpose of expansion. ..pls anyone can expand it ?

I'm not quite sure how you came to develop that unique take on the state of our universe, but I'd recommend you wiki 'M Theory'. What I could understand from your comments reminded me of that.

It basically says that the universe we live in is part of a multiverse (the 11th dimention), and each universe is like a fluctuating membrane with 10 dimentions in regular space/time. If you're not already familiar with it, you might find it helpful and it could give you some ideas to help articulate your theory more coherently.

1) Your analogy does have one weakness. What causes the liquid to expand outward? If it is a "wetting" function (wanting to maximize contact area with the plate), then part of the liquid will be left behind to stick to the plate in all places that the liquid has covered. Once the liquid has covered all the plate (and the advancing front meets at the centre of the bottom of the plate), what is the incentive for it to start the other way (the total area of the plate is now completely wet). If it is because previously wet areas have dried (the liquid evaoprated?) then it means that you now have less liquid. Will we have less universe when the next expansion begins?

It is the same way for the universe: there must be a reason for things to hapen one way rather than another. If we want to convince ourselves that the universe will stop expanding, then there must be a reason why it will stop.

2) There is a theory that says that we are inside one cycle of a 'pulsating universe': the universe expands up to a point, then falls back on itself, reaches a maximum density, then bounces back again. Difficult to verify as the theory "predicts" that all information about the previous cycle is destroyed. Scientist don't call it 'wrong', simply not testable (therefore, not useful for science).

3) whether with the above theory or the present 'Standard Model' (meaning: the one with which most astronomers do their work), one problem is that everything leads us to believe that there is nothing that could cause the universe to stop expanding.
We are not saying it cannot happen. We are just saying that what we see does not support the kind of universe that stops expanding.
In fact, there are scientists who are trying to find new ways to interpret the information we have in the hope of finding different conclusions.
They are allowed to imagine different possible outcomes. They are not allowed to cheat by pretending that the information we already have does not exist.

So, for now, with the information we have, it looks like the universe will not stop expanding.

Even Einstein tried to "fix" his equations, thinking that the expansion should not happen; in the end, he had to admit that it was expanding.

confident, it fairly is fairly genuine and the reason you do no longer see it fairly is brooding about the fact it fairly is fairly diffused, no longer interior the least like Harry Potter or Charmed. you won't be able to be certain whilst a magick spell for secure practices is around somebody or a healing spell. you won't be able to be certain that my magick is why I actual have not even had a chilly in 2 a protracted time. Magick works via fact many individuals are waiting to faucet into the flexibility in nature, it fairly is everywhere, you purely won't be able to be certain it. we are waiting to apply this ability to galvanize particular effects. BTW Magick does no longer are available colors, it fairly is all interior the reason of the guy using it. And extreme practitioners understand in the event that they do it for some thing undesirable it gets back on then thrice. BB )O(

Your assumption relies on whether or not the universe has the properties of a plate.

you have forces at work in an atmosphere that the beginning universe didn't have at the start.there was no gravity, no nanything to stop the expansion.and at the far edges of that expansion, there is nothing to stop it now.

Umm, do you have any mathematical evidence for this theory. I think it would be better if you checked out some theories that made more sense, like inflationary cosmology.

congregation? You going to church? Sorry but you made no sense to me. Can you dumb the question down a little?
