No animals I know of will regenerate entire limbs except starfish and such. Some smaller lizards like anoles may grow the tips of their tales back but thats not the case with most reptile species!

Limbs? As in legs? No reptile is capable of limb regeneration that I have ever heard about - only amphibians.
If you consider a tail a limb (which I don't), there are several reptiles that can regenerate their tail.

Actually, lots of animals can Regenerate.
Starfish, amphibians, and reptiles can do it. Most starfish cousins can do it too.
Reptiles and amphibians can only regrow their tail, but that counts, right?
Right now, scientists are experimenting with taking special cells from amphibians that regrow their tails, and transplanting the cells into people who have something small missing from them, like a finger, to grow back the finger!

An axolotl does. It is the larval stage of a salamander, and it is one of few species which can breed in the larval stage. But, yeh, anyway, it can regrow lost limbs. I cant think of anything else which can.
