Mentally and Physically men and females are different.
Nature has given plus and minus points in each of them.
Hence in my views both are equal.
If females cannot be physically strong as men no matter if she exercies or have good diet since nature has given men muscles etc then at the same time men cannot carry child as pregnant ladies do.
So both cannot exist without each others.
Even brain works in the different ways. Then comes culture,society etc.

the only difference between men and women is that men speaks less acts more.women speaks more acts less. man works hard and earns for the family women spends it wisely and lives cleverly
