Why can't I find any places offering a weekly rate in San Diego. My family is planning a trip to San Diego and I can't find any extended stay places offering a simple weekly rate?

There are 3 Residence Inn's in the San Diego area -- they typically offer good rates for longer stays.

do a search for vacation rentals in San Diego. Many places in Mission Beach are vacation rentals and rent by the week or month.
