You need to compare what you have with pictures of tomato problems at various gardening stores or web sits.
Blossom end rot is caused by a wet spell following a dry spell. Some tomato types are more prone then others.
.
Black spot is nasty and only spraying really works.
.
Mulching will prevent drastic changes in soil moisture as well as keeping the soil warm. A cold spell will set tomatoes back, they don't like cool nights, but mulch will help keep the soil a constant temperature.
.
Get rid of any fruit with black spot as soon as you find it..
Do not compost tomato plants or infected tomatoes.
Throw old plants away as the old plants may harbor disease spores etc. Do the same with any cucubine family plant.
.
I spray my plants with water mixed with a little dish detergent and a very mild fungicide when I see black spot.
.
I also plant Marigolds around my Tomatoes and Basil around my Peppers and Broccoli as companion plants.

My experience this can have several reasons.
1.) Old soil in which are diseases hidden.
2.) Not enough calcium, iron and acids that help the plant grow healthy.
3.) Bugs and pests.
Nevertheless, purchase in the garden store or Walmart Root yield for Tomatoes. Explain the nursery what is happening. I have that same done last year. Hope this helps. Than follow the direction on the bottle. Hope this helps.

Mine too. It seems I have let them get too wet and/or too dry and had the lack of calcium which I have since corrected with some stuff from Home Depot.

blossom end rot?? that's from a deficiency of calcium. Add powdered lime and water in. It should help with the next fruits blossoming in.
