What do you think is better and is also doing the best? The Wii or the PS3.

Yeah I know that everyone might think that I'm thinking about buying games now, but I'm not. I already have the Wii. I'm just asking this question because someone thinks that the PS3 is better than the Wii. He says it has everything that the Wii doesn't. But I know that Nintendo didn't add any of the stuff that is on the PS3 because they ARE serious about gaming. They don't use cheap stuff like Blue Ray Players or even HD DVD to try and give gamers more than there really buing. They use what they used to enter the console war in the first place. They use just plain games with online play for low price. I really got to say that buying the Wii was THE BEST thing that I've ever done.

The has been doing great since it came out, and the PS3 has gone from bad to worst. PS3 needs some really great exclusive games if it wants to stay in the race at all.

I have about everything you can possibly buy.
The PS3 and the Wii are like comparing apples and oranges. There is really no relative comparison to their capabilities because they use different types of input methods and game-play styles, etc.
The thing to think about is if you're a SERIOUS gamer like the title implies.. then you wouldn't settle for anything less than the PS3. The graphics blow everything else out of the water (including the 360). It uses true HD graphics for it's games and can play blueray movies with surround sound and prologic. Not to mention the internet games and downloads are free for the PS3 (vs the other systems having to pay to be online).
I don't think there's any comparison between the two. If you want a system to give the kids to keep them occupied and like to play games that are mildly entertaining until the novelty wears off and you end up with repetitive motion injuries in your shoulders, then get the wii ;) Otherwise get the PS3 and you won't be sorry.. I'm sure not.

I own all 3 of the next gen systems and the Wii is by far the WORST one of the 3. It would probably be the best if the games didnt look like I was watching the cartoon network when I was playing them. The PS3 runs the smoothest and as soon as the games start being released on a more regular basis, it will once again dominate the gaming indusrty, but for now Xbox is tops solely due to the game selection. The PS3 has so many more options and capabilties.

i like the Wii for the very fact that im on thevinternet channel right now answering your question, lol. but by far the 360 is best.
