normally I wouldn't get anything even if offered for free but for the sake of the question I'll answer. lol!
I'd get lipo/tummy tuck. I'm not a big person & I don't eat junk, it's just that it's hard to get rid of tummy pudge even with exercise.....I think it's part genetic too. I certainly got the hips, thighs & butt from my Mom's side of the family for sure!! Urg!!
(My boobs I'd leave alone - I'm happy with my Bs thanks! HEHE)

It's a toss up between a boob job revision and fixing my poor nose - deviated septum.
