If he was a girl he would be. He's so pretty to start out with, then the hair and makeup just accentuate it. This is the kind of guy who needs to have short messy hair and a 5 o'clock shadow, so he'd look manly.

The question should be do YOU think he's hot.
Everybody has a different opinion of what "hot" is.
To me, he looks kinda' creepy, to you he probably looks hot and other people have completely different opinions on that.
