Im not exactly sure but I am gonna make a guess! Well, Polo is a good brand and they make perfume. It's probably expensive perfume that is, lets say, $50. And he is putting on $3 worth.

When you go to clubs, the bathrooms have attendants and there's products like, good smelling soaps and hairties(for girls) and cologne/perfume in there, because while dancing people get sweaty and smelly, so they usually charge like, a dollar for a spray of perfume.
