If you wanted to learn to play football or any other game well, you know exactly what to do---play the game a lot with other people. If you wanted to learn to play a musical instrument, you would do the same thing--practice, practice, practice. It's the same with a language. To learn to speak a language, you must speak it as often as possible. You must speak it with other people. Practicing alone does not work well. It's all right to study grammar alone, but to actually use it correctly, you need to speak the language. If you have no friends who speak English, listen to TV and video movies and repeat what the people say. Good luck.
