Because of the way the restaurant looks on the outside, but inside the food is absolutely amazing and afordable? Well I need to know where some are in Portland, OR?...i'm going out tomorrow, and want to try something new.

Go to the marine fishery docks and purchase something off a recently arrived fishing boat from grizzled seamen who might
look you up and down before responding to a request how seafood might be best served at home. You may find some opportunity not usually seen at a grocer or restaurant table.
