Maldives - got a nice place near the beach with a nice hammock - and lazily swing the day away -with warm breezes and French wine and cheeses

Right here,, where ever I am at. If I need to get away, I just calm myself for a second and let my mind and spirit be still for a sec, then usually things are better for me to proceed.

I drive to the beach because it's only 10 minutes away and I just walk along the water...
if it's cold, I'll park and just watch the waves!

I take a walk up to the Waseley Hills Country Park with my camera. Peacefull and soothing even when it's hissing down.

I take a novel or a book of poetry or paintings that I love and sit up in our bedroom on the bed absorbing my favourite pieces and drinking a beautiful glass of wine or a refreshing cup or mu (Japanese) or Yogi (Indian spiced) tea.

I go on the slot machines, you know the 2p falls.
I get loads of change and spend ages putting the coins in and forget about everything else going on and concentrate on those coins falling down!!

Can't always get away when i want to !, so my room would be my answer, i have all kinds of rope lights, plasma lights and stars on the ceiling, and i just turn them all on and my music too and forget my woes !!.

Apart from to the bathroom...anywhere that I can be on my own or, if that is not possible, out in the garden or go for a walk in the fresh air.
