Either do all the Star wars movies or Lord of the rings if you like fantasy sci-fi.
Do a independent set with a variety of movies
Donnie Darko
Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind
Requiem for a Dream
Brick
Jail Break Movies
Shawshank Redemption
Fugitive
U.S Marshalls
Green Mile
Animated
Shrek
The Invisibles
Cars
Shrek 2
Comedy
Wedding Crashers
40 Year old Virgin
Borat
Suspense/Thrillers
Seven
Lucky Number Slevin
Fight Club
Primal Fear
Action
The Last BoyScout
Boondock Saints
Sin City
These are just suggestions you can mix and match. I could probably go on and on. You could do all the Hanabil Lector movies, Do a Quentin Tarantino marathon if you like his movies. Hope you get a good set of movies. Enjoy.

They've certainly included the classics. (I believe all) Unfortunately, the brand new ones opt for the visually gory scenes, so if that is some thing you are occupied with, then I'd pass with: All Saw movies (you might watch the primary four, then pass to the theater and spot the fifth) Hostel movies I in my opinion like a few of M. Night Shyamalan films for a well tale, with twists, and a few traumatic imagery: The Happening (a few might argue, however I feel the notion is well) Signs sixth Sense Lady within the Water (might be no longer frightening, however a quality tale line) I desire, if some thing, this bounce begins a few strategies for you! :)

I am a huge movie, I would suggest any trilogy so you have the same theme. X-men, Lord of the Rings, or you can always go with the mafia theme - Casino, goodfellas, a bronx tale, ect.
