Where is the fifth gym leader in Pokemon Pearl?

I have already chased the galactic grunt and have beaten him. I went to Hearthrome city and I went in the gym and the guy said that the gym leader is somewhere else. Where can I find the gym leader?

In Hearthome City. You have 2 beat the Pastoria gym leader first.
