Big lunch. You burn off more calories after wards b/c you're metabolism is working faster and you're often busier during the daytime. At night, you're metabolism is slower and chances are you don't have much to do.

I eat a bigger lunch. Usually all I'll have for dinner is a salad.

We eat a big dinner together as a family but you know, I think it would be healthier to eat a big lunch instead og a big dinner. We would have more time to work it off during the day instead of lounging around the house in the evening. I might need to change this! Great question Father C!

Its better to eat a big lunch and then work it off. If you eat a big dinner then you would go to bed with that stuff on your stomach and that can cause a lot of gas.

I don't really eat a big anything..I eat a small salad at dinner(ok Lunch lol) and for supper I eat a saucer size of something I fixed..Only time I eat a big meal is around the holidays

Big lunch - most people who want to lose weight probably pack in the calories at dinner, but then they don't burn off the calories. If you eat your big meal in the middle of the day, you're more likely to maintain a healthy weight.

Personally, I just eat little snacks all day anyway, but if I do decide to splurge it's at lunch, so...it works.

Neither. The main meal of the day should be, breakfast. But like all good people, I do not do the right thing. Most people have their main meal at supper,(dinner), because that is when the majority of us are all at home. In Europe the lunch,(dinner), is the main meal of the day. Boy this could get confusing. I have my main meal in the evening.

You should always have a bigger breakfast.. a big lunch and a light dinner...

Light dinner will keep you with good digestion and gives you a good night sleep.

Specially if you like to study late night... light dinner is heavily recommended.

I say eat a big breakfast, eat a big lunch, eat a big dinner, and eat a big snack.

But that's why I gained 30 pounds.

I think it is better to eat a big lunch, because then you have the remainder of the day to burn-off the calories.

i think big lunch would be better for you but i always have a small lunch and a huge dinner
