Knoxville bet his friend Ten million $ that he woulnt let a mousrtrap snap on his manhood (OUCH) but when he did , Knoxville wouldnt pay up and now the friend is sueing him for breach of a verbal contract.
First of all do you think he has a case and secondly does Johnny Knoxville have ten million dollars to cough up.
I say he has a case if witnesses are prepared to stand?

I personally think both him and his friend are stupid. That being said, considering it was a verbal contract, it's hard to say if his friend has a case or not, especially for that amount of money (and of course Johnny Knoxville has that type of money, so it's not like he can't cough it up).

i have never heard about this but the case would probably be thrown out ...due to lack of evidence...and that fact that no one would bet ten million on that!!!! And if Johnny wasnt in his right mind (drunk) then the case would be pointless.

I answered this somewhere else a few days and I do think the guy has a case. Jhonny should have never said....on the air.....the he would pay him...it was a verbal contract and it was recoreded.

Betting is illegal. (other than say Las Vegas) If that's the case, and they were betting, Knoxville owes him nothing.
