It swoll for a couple days. Now the swelling is gone. It has been a week and it is a little sore and hurts to move, but there is a big purple bruise down my wrist along the vein line, and there is grey bruising all around on the front of my wrist and it is getting bigger, it seems to be pooling in the middle of my hand and spreading up my arm above the brace I am wearing. Should I go to the doctor. It doesn't hurt to bad and I can move it all around, it's just a little tender. What could cause this?

You need to see a doctor. There is a possibility that you may have a fracture or break. There might also be a possibility that you crushed your wrist tunnels. These tunnels house the nerves in your wrist and that could be causing you to have pain or bruising. Wrap it up in an ace bandage and apply ice. Get to the doctors immediatly. There, your doctor can perscribe the right course of action.

You've sprained the wrist or fractured a bone. You won't know what's wrong until you go to a doctor. The fact that it's getting worse means that you must go to the doctor immediately.

Go to the doctor either you sprained it, tore a ligiment or you might have fractured it.
