went to fry's to order a new a/c adapter for my laptop. So far its been 4 business days (6 normal days), and well they promised me it done in 2 business days-im also traveling in 2 days, WHAT SHOULD I DO?! i need the computer for business, and what im typing on doesnt respond to my business program...Fry's service is really dull-and they have no clue when the thing will come-Any Suggestions?
Im traveling to a foreign country with no Fry's company for 6 months, and theyre really pissing me off...i asked them-and they said im entitled to "nothing" because its all free under my warranty....
Im in a real midst of anger and their policy isnt plausible at all...their reliability isnt flaunt in any way and im getting pissed-WHAT SHOULD I DO....? Can i get an a/c adapter from them?

I would contact the manufacturer and ask if they could ship a replacement using a 1 day shipping service. It will cost you, but you don't have many choices at this point.

That is why Fry's is so cheap, they aren't going to pay for faster shipping for your parts when they are selling them at such low prices. Customer service costs a lot of money and most large retailers cut costs where they can.
