The driver's handbooks vary from state to state, but they aren't that difficult to memorize. The most important thing is the signs. Study your signs. Signs, signs, signs, I cannot stress that enough!!

When you take your actual test, the signs will be blank, and you will have to know what the shapes/pictures mean. No lettering will be visible.

This is usually the "hardest" part of the test, and it's not so bad. Just make sure you pay attention in driver's ed.

Good luck!

the test was actually more common sense than anything, i didn't even read the book thing. you should be fine if you just skim the important stuff.
