Where would he fit best?

I think Rasheed would be great with the Lakers (Even though anybody besides Kwame Brown would be great). Rasheed brings a huge defensive presense for the lakers that they desperately need. But the Lakers really need that more physical center that could score, plus Rasheed can easily spread defenses with his 3-pt shooting, which will only open up more shots for people like Walton, Odom, and of course KOBE! Plus, the lakers are kinda borin, so a few techs should spark them!

I don't really see Rasheed Wallace getting along with Kobe, however lethal they might turn out on the court. Kobe can, unlike most people say, get along with another star on his team, but Rasheed just wouldn't be one.

One possibility could be Houston. The Rockets could send Juwan Howard, Rafer Alston, and a first round pick to Detroit for Wallace. That would make the Rockets championship contenders overnight with the trio of T-Mac, Yao, and Sheed. And from Detroit's perspective, they would have shipped him to the Western conference so it has less of a chance of coming back to haunt them later.

Rasheed is a walking, talking locker room cancer, but with talent where he'll be playing somewhere next season, but not Detroit, with Flip Saunders coming back. I could see Mark Cuban making a play for him, since Dallas needs a little muscle under the basket....but he would be a disaster for the young Lakers squad.

Who can the Lakers give us for Rasheed? No one. Rasheed stays put. We (Detroit fans) know how to deal with him. The Lakers don't have anyone we want worthy of trading 'Sheed!

Kobe would probobly put the ball in a chokehold cuz Sheed can actually score, and he hasnt had someone who can score since Shaq.
Sheed would throw a BF every night cuz he wont like having an ego on the team as big as his (Kobe)
Sheed would probobly tear Phil Jackson's head off during a yoga session or something
In a word, CHAOS AND DRAMA (Which LA would love, but its basketball, not daytime television)

another championship for lakers. rasheed can shoot 3pointers free throws. he's a great player. kobe may be a ball hogger, but now he learned that he can win games without him scoring all the time. kobe and rasheed will be a great combo

As long as he has a muzzle on his mouth.

Rasheed is another example of a talented NBA player, who will only end up a footnote because of his attitude.

The only thing is that he has won a title.

But to see Rasheed's fate, you only have to look at J.R. Rider or Derrick Coleman!

If he is to get traded it won't be to the Lakers it would have to be to a team like Dallas, Houston, San Antonio those are the type of teams that gamble with players like Sheed, Not that he's a bad player.

Horribly. His personality would just clash in LA. Kobe is an egotistical maniac, and Sheed is pretty crazy too. Kobe has 0 friends on the team, and if Sheed made it into the locker room, he'd also probably have an enemy.

i think it would be PERFECT b/c since kobes a ball hogger maybe rasheed could score down in the paint and it would help kobe out wit hatrid from the fans
