Ideally, opposites attract when they compliment each other's weaknesses and "birds of a feather" when they compliment each other's strengths.

Opposite Birds flock together. that's why we get weirdos on at night. actually, opposites do attract, but birds of a feather stay together ( and make easier targets for the hunters).
