i really want to teach secondary english a central. but im not quit sure if i should go to asu of out of state college. but i really want the best education in order for me to educate. any ideas.

You might want to take a career evaluation test. It will let you know what kinds of work you're suited for. If you have two years left, it's also time to start thinking about whether you're going to take the ACT or SAT and start with practice tests. Your performance on those will also help make your decision about colleges / universities.
I'd also suggest you schedule a visit with the admissions office of the schools you want to attend. They'll arrange a tour and talk to you about the kinds of things you need to do in order to get in the field of your choice.
