I guess that would be that my mom.
My dad left her for another woman. She didn't marry again and took care of us 3 kids. She developed a very strong personality because of her trials.
Her influence on me is that- her experience made me too paranoid of getting cheated on and it's not good that I take it out on my husband. And I think I got her strong personality because my husband thinks I am too domineering. I don't know. I just love him very much and I don't want to lose him. I am giving him more space now though. I think I'd lose him more if I continue to become like my mom.

That would probably be my cousin Amy. She was like the big sister I never had while I was growin up. She bought me things, let me live with her as a teen, took me on vacation with her and her husband when I was 17(which was one of the most fun times in my life) and now she is a powerful career woman in Real Estate making big bucks. I wish I was still a teen and she would take me with her to do all the things that she still does.

My mother, even tho she didnt really do anything for me. I have been raising myself for a long time. She makes the worst decisions and she is now about 40 and still doing the same dumb things, but i have learned from her mistakes and i have become a much more responsible person because of her bad choices.

they all leave their mark in my heart...
mum influences me to be "right" as much as i can be. to do the best i can and force myself out of my comfort zone.
dad influences me to be honest with myself and be confident in who i am.
my sister influences me to take on the "protector" role and look out for others.
my brother influences me to be a strong person who doesn't worry about rubbish.
but my grandmother and grandad.... they are amazing. They have influenced me in so many ways. I aspire to be like her... they are always reliable, honest, firm, loving, warm and they listen even if they don't understand. i love them so much, and i hope they keep influencing me to be a better person for years and years to come...
thank you for that question, it's made me really think about why i appreciate my family, and inspired me to tell them all.
xx

My grandmother. She raised me and my sister after already raising a family. She has always been my biggest fan and I can go to her with any problem and she will understand. She knows me better than I know myself.

My little guy. He's the squeaky wheel. If he's not happy then no one can be happy in my household. He's the only one I'll go out of my way for.
It's not that he's favored, it's just that he can't do much for himself at his age.

My Papuska. He is very wise, strong, caring, and religious. Everything I have done since I had my children, I have done with gaining his approval and respect in mind.
