After nine months, I finally started back last week. I've gone every day because I like it so much. 35 minutes on either the Elyptical or Stair Stepper and I haven't gotten sore yet, which is strange. I think it's because I smoke and I feel like I'm having a heart attack. No worries. I will be done with smoking as of July 1!

Sure do! Once you work out, you will notice that you actually crave healthier foods and often have you have cooled down after the exercise and shower and such, you seem to have more energy.
My body misses it when I skip too many days.

No. "Working out," in the traditional sense, is boring. But, I go mountain bike riding and I walk everyday.

no, I do my exercises during the night, in the dark, while listening to the talk shows. I believe in multi-tasking.
