mahela was brilliant as ever. scoring a 50 seems like nothing to him anymore. best captain you could ever ask for. he needs to go for more 100s now.

The Asian XI was by all means a strong team as compared to South Africa XI and they were expected to win the series against African XI. However, Pollock almost took the match
from the Asian XI. I am surprised to note that having dismissed all the recognised batsmen cheaply, Asian XI could not get Pollock out early. Similarly almost all the Asian XI batsmen could not convert the good start they gotto a big total.

Yes its a great idea !and i appreciate this idea idea and its founder !
Though i could not watch the match fully, only the presentation cermonay ! so don't know who were there in African team..! but asian team was making a combination of good players ! and was looking strong !
But Australian team is not going to worry as this is just one event and asians teams are not going to play togather like this forever ! what do you say?
Ahh yes heard of Pollock innings..but unfortunately players can not play best in every game !

WELL URS IS A VERY GUD QUESTION AND ASIAN XI HAS THE BEST TEAM IN THE WORLD.BUT THEY DONT WORK HARD.IN THIS MATCH THEY COULD HAVE WON THE GAME BY 150 RUNS BUT ALLOWED THEAFRICAN XI TO COME AS CLOSE AS 35 RUNS TO WIN.THIS IS NOT A GOOD SIGH.ESPECIALLY WHILE PLAYING AGAINST A MONSTER TEAM LIKE AUSTRALIA.OFCOURSE ASIA XI COULD BEAT AUSTRALIA IF THEY PLAY WITH MORE TEAMWORK.POLLOCK IS A REALLY GUD ALLROUNDER AND HE PROVED HIS DESICION OF ONLY BATTING IN THE SERIES WAS RIGHT. HOPE THIS COULD ANSWER YR QUESTION
