Waterproof mascara is sooooo bad for your lashes. Mascara runs most often because of the oils around the eyes. Often this is the make up. Make you sure you set your make up with a good loose powder. Carry and umbrella when it rains, or put on big sunglasses (crazy looking, but no panda eyes). Maybelline Great Lash is one of life's lovely lifts, in that its price is comparatively low, and it's results far better than the majority of expensive mascaras. It has been a favourite of make-up artists for many decades, and has remained so. If you insist on waterproof, Max Factor's 2000 Calorie version is excellent.

I never liked waterproof for many reasons but if you have a special event to go to where you need that or you need it while swimming, it's good to have.
Dior is the only one I use, you can get some for cheaper on ebay.com - you'll begin to realize how much farther you get with higher quality made products - the looks are priceless
You can extend the mascara by not even using the brush but dab a qtip at the end of the brush, pick up some mascara and gently apply qtip to eyelashes, I've never been able to get that thick look unless 4 coats and this is the same after one coat - I think we pay about $24 in the states for it.

The dior show is great - try going to kelkoo.co.uk and see if you can find it cheaper. I am currently using YSL mascara (wonderful) and get it from LaPreya.com as it's £6 cheaper.

The dior show is on there too. For £13.95.
I've used the great lash and thought it was rubbish, I felt like it gave me three wet eyelashes! Like when you've been in the shower. Wouldn't recommend it personally. Depends what kind of brush you like I guess. Volume Express is good. Got a curly brush. I haven't used the waterproof one though. Sometimes with great lash they have a deal where they sell it for £3.99 so keep your eyes peeled! You may be pleased to see this website where their mascaras retail at £1.99. I've never shopped on this website but saw it on on yahoo answers somewhere (i think).

attempt warming the curlers first (no longer too warm!) with a blowdryer for a splash extra carry, and get a lengthening mascara incredibly than curling or volumizing, because of the fact the different 2 are too heavy. additionally, non-water-resistant mascara has a tendency to be much less sticky. My popular, because my blonde lashes quite basically desire some coloration and that i've got soft eyes, is the Neutrogena Lash Tint. It would not upload any goo yet has an excellent type of coloration. additionally, in no way attempt to curve when you place on mascara! All it does is mash each thing up. in case you incredibly need curl, yet are having hardship with curlers, attempt going to Sephora or a branch shop like Gottchalks. they have powerful people, loose samples, and it is rather well worth spending a splash extra funds on a single (and in all probability extra costly) product you like, incredibly than working around the cheap stuff and not getting what you desire.

Hi I got it when it first come out and it made my eye lashes feel weird, like they were sticking together and I only applied one coat. Iy was horried and after a while it did go clumpyand sticky at the same time, it made the eyelashes feel heavey,
The best one Im using at the moment is by Avon called SuperFull Macara its great not waterproof though. I ve ordered a waterproof one though so hopefully that will be as good.
I dont like any of the brand make names and the boots makes as well as I am always allergic to them. But Im fine with Avon really good value for money, also the colour trend one is good too and its waterproof and gives loads of volume like the great lash one but with none of the problems you get with great lash.

I stumbled upon this mascara when I started wearing all day all night contact lenses, Revlon colorstay overtime lash tint. It's great, not only waterproof and doesn't clog or crumble and it lasts for about 3/4 days. It doesn't give you panda eyes when you rub them. I buy it from a Revlon discount shop and pay about £3-4.00

I'm a makeup artist and have to buy new mascaras every week or so. I normally use the mabeline waterproof because it doesn't clog up and it doesn't seem to irritate anyone.
Superdrug often have offers on it, so when they do buy one get one free I go potty!
