Yesterday i was helping a friend of mine move some steel. i picked up about 25 lbs of it and stepped off the trailer which was about a foot high. When i stepped off my foot landed halfway on a step and it rolled off, therefore rolling my ankle. I could walk on it for a bit, but then it started to hurt pretty badly. Now i am having to use crutches to get around. It doesnt hurt when im not using it though. Is it broken or just severly sprained?

it could be broken if there's swelling and change of color to the area. It maybe a sprain. anyway you should go see your medical doctor and get this xrayed as soon as possible. There's no way anyone can tell you what you have without an xray.

I would go get it X-rayed. It is very possible you have a fracture. X-rays are the only way to know for sure. If you can't walk without crutches it really needs to be looked at.

If you could walk on it at first leads me to believe that it might not be broken. But if it's severely sprained you still have to go to the dr. It won't heal properly. A severe sprain can sometimes be worse than a break.

Regardless if it's broken or not, you need to see a doctor if you are using crutches!

the precise definition varies from coach to coach. some human beings evaluate a horse eco-friendly broke whilst it has taken a saddle and rider on its lower back a handful of cases. for my section it fairly is eco-friendly broke whilst it fairly is familiar with each and every of the fundamentals yet continues to be somewhat rusty and can desire to have "awkward" gaits that arent very delicate yet. To me broke is after a minimum of a 365 days of being ridden generally, and it fairly is familiar with all its instructions firmly, and has delicate nicely prepared gaits. The horses has little or no to comprehend themes to this point as rearing, bucking, or merely no longer listening is going. i could say lifeless broke comes alongside after a minimum of 5 years of being ridden generally, and it fairly is familiar with all its instructions in its sleep. The gaits are o.k. prepared, the pony could have all of us holiday it, experienced riders or first-timers. the pony might nicely be ridden with purely a halter and lead on an analogous time as bareback. It takes a lot for this horse to spook or grow to be unsettled. A rider might have the means to yell and shout and swing issues around and leap up and down (fairly be a loopy looney) and the pony wont bat an eye fixed. the main definition of "bombproof" the main variations i assume are merely that eco-friendly broke horses are merely started under saddle, broke horses are nicely knowledgeable and ridden heavily, and lifeless broke horses dont even think of approximately their coaching anymore and have been ridden for a protracted time. For riders i could say novices comprehend merely the fundamentals of driving, worrying, and records of horses. Intermediates comprehend fairly a lot approximately driving, worrying and records of horses, yet nevertheless choose a lot of asistance on issues and choose greater gaining wisdom of. experienced each and every physique is very progressed in driving, comprehend a ton approximately worrying and records of horses. yet remember you're under no circumstances finished gaining wisdom of, no remember how progressed you're.
