Anything for the popular vote.... Politicians will do and say anything to get elected. At the national level, I honestly feel that none of them care about their constituents. If you don't already know it, we as law-abiding, tax-paying Americans have been sold down the river. Sad but true.

Here we have yet another example of someone who would rather lie and deceive the citizens of this country than engage in serious, mature political discourse. Senator Obama is not now nor has he ever been Islamic. He did go to an Islamic school as a very young child for a very brief time. However, he was not educated in the Islamic faith there as he was in with other foreign born non-Muslim children.
Why are people like you so afraid to be honest. Why do you have to spread lies in order to make your points. It must be that your point isn't that good to begin with.

Stop watching the Faux News Channel for all your information. Senator Obama is a Christian and to my knowledge was not raised in the Muslim faith.

Obviously you have not read any of his books, talked to anyone who knows him, read any articles about where he comes from or what he believes in, or any other sort of research on the topic. He's been a Christian longer than he's been a politician. Considering that he will likely be a politician for decades, it seems highly unlikely that he would "temporarily put his Muslim faith aside." That's silly.

Obama might adopt the Christian faith now, but he will never have faith in Islam because he does not truly believe in Islam.

NO! When will you guys understand that he's a Christian? Cons complain about the questions Romney is asked about his faith yet you don't hesitate to take pot shots at Obama.

Considering he NEVER WAS A MUSLIM, I rather doubt he had anything to put aside. He is a Christian and was one long before he ran for office. You need to do research. Such questions make you look ignorant and maybe even stupid.

Yes. But he did it quite some time ago. About the same time he identified with his father and not his mother.
