In the eyes of American justice, he is innocent until proven guilty. Therefore, as of right now he is not guilty because there is no 'hard' evidence linking Vick to dog fighting.

I say he is but i dont think they will take legal action against him, the most that will probably happen is he will get suspended for a few games..
