My rearview mirror was put on with super glue. Now the mirror has fallen off and there is a big patch of super glue in the space I need to put my mirror back in

Soak it with nail polish remover on a cotton ball. Then scrape off with a small razor blade type scraper.

Use a razor blade and some decal remover. You can by either at your local auto parts store. And while your already there buy the appropriate glue for that job. The do make a glue for just putting review mirrors back on.

Single edge razor blade. I glue on on average of 10 mirrors a day.

You can go to Home Depot and get glue remover or scrape it off with a razor blade.

There's a product on the market called "goo be gone". It is great at getting out regular glue and the sticky residue left behind from price stickers. Not sure if it'll work on super glue, but it may be worth a try!
