often, right before someone is hired the workers get more hours and therefore get more money. And then you come in and there hours are cut and they have a ''newbie'' it sounds like it could have been anyone in your position. If they see that you are self taught and you dont need their help, maybe they will be the one asking you how to do something one day. I would say maybe this is the hazing faze but 3 months is too long. I would try my best to give them what you are dishing out, with out getting in trouble by the boss. Oh and hurry cleaning in the time being because you cant just sit around and do nothing and when they stick you on another cleaning, say well i did it last time so maybe i could do something different today :) and if they say yes and put you on something different that you dont know just say, can you tell me the basics on this because i wasnt trained. OR you could ask to be transfered to movies location close by, they wont fire you but it might take a while to transfer and by then it might be better. I know this is alot but i hope this helps :)

take the order on a touch screen, other crew members get the order, you receive the money or let them run the credit or debit card. very big on welcoming them to Mc donalds and thanking them, I was gonna work there for a management position,couldn't deal with their policies all the way down the board.

You tell the guy that last time you went there, they messed up the order real bad, then just tell them what they shorted you last time, and thats what you get for fREe this time.
